      Pros

      I worked at Shell for over 30 years and it was never boring. Shell has a policy of having people move jobs every 4 years or so which is a good thing.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to find that next position. It is sometimes hard to work at all hours to get in meetings with others around the globe.
