Pros
Shell is a great place to work. People are happy in their roles and respectful. There is an emphasis on self-care . The pay is fair and there is a healthy respect for work/life balance.
Cons
But the company seems to reorganize every 2-3 years and it's frustrating, Our group was changed from employees to contractors about 6-7 years ago. We are a zero profit/zero cost and we've consistently hit the targets, yet we get downsized and our roles moved to low-cost countries. It's not very motivating.
