      Pro: HSSE culture, allowances and benefits

      Cons

      - Base pay is below market rate - Slow/little to no chance of promotion and transfers for some departments - Too much workload at times, workload is not at the same level for different depts - There is speak up culture but some feedback gets repeated with no action from upper management

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
