Competative salaries, flexible working hours/days. Reasonable work/life balance. With numerous flex days and 3 weeks vacation, you get paid well and have the personal time to enjoy your money.
Cons
You better get paod well and have time off because you'll need it! The physical working environment is horrible as there are no assigned desks. Every day you have to find a new spot and then pack up and vacate ate the end of the day. The internal job posting system is a formaility only as promotions go to friends. your career opportunities are based soley on your relationship with upper management. Core values for this company are promoting friends and gaining personal wealth.
