      Pros

      A great company to work for, so far, I have nothing but a good experience with Shell despite some complex workloads, the culture is quite adaptable and it makes you want to learn more. The people are also helpful.

      Cons

      Complex workload, but it is just like any other company. No retirement plan as far as I know

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
