Pros
- good salary package and employee benefits - flexi hours - work-life balance
Cons
- low chance of advancement, usually lateral movements - they have this 'people talent program' and those in the program get promoted quickly (e.g. 2-3 years) to senior management level even if they were newly grads. I think this is a bit unfair specially to those talented inviduals who have been with the company for quite sometime.
