Women do not receive equal opportunities and much nepotism - Manager Shell Employee Review

Limited career path, too many jobs for the boys (who are less qualified and experienced than others). Women are in a minority when it comes to management and Shell did nothing to encourage some talented women to stay during the recent round of redundancies. HR are less than useless.
