Pros
Very good culture, great management, good pay, good vacation package, supporting charities. I learnt a lot from senior engineers, good training programs, good opportunity for new grad
Cons
Oil price low impacts part of the business, hopefully this is only temporary, but luckily Shell is a diverse enough company to hedge the risk of low oil price. Sometimes there are some company politics new people need to take care of.
