      Pros

      Great people to work with and Shell is very selective about who they take on. Very mature IT processes and pioneering in IT management.

      Cons

      The company is huge and it is initially very tough to become productive in such a large ecosystem. You will be very dependant on having a line manager who recognises the learning curve and invests the required time in you to ensure you are effective in your working environment.
