      Pros

      Shell is truly passionate about good global citizenship and about tackling the global energy needs responsibly.

      Cons

      Given the vast resources that Shell has, they still seem to be very paranoid about survival. Job security and work life balance is disgracefully poor.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
