Pros
1. International inclusive working environment. 2. Global career opportunities. 3. Very respected company 4. Excellent learning experience
Cons
1. HR has a great system but sometimes it get's bypassed (open resourcing is not so open) 2. Silo organization structure has hurt communication between departments 3. A lot of "high flyers" spend most of their time "high flying" (PR) and their quick advance leaves little room for accountability. The effects of their actions take some time to unfold and next guy will usually have sort out the mess (and also looks bad holding the hot potato in his hands).
