      Pros

      The company was privately owned by Traxx management. Very involved with employees and great training. They always promoted from within. I started as cashier and moved up to Assistant manager within 7 months.

      Cons

      There were a lot of politics with District managers if they did not like you then you might have issues such as not getting support you need or getting promoted to GM.
