Truly focused on the well being of its employees and their safety. Goes the extra mile to be transparent to its employees. Has policies in place to encourage the right work life balance, but this eventually depends on the team and immediate managers.
Cons
Complex organization structure makes change an excruciating process. Old ways of working still exist and is yet to catch up with contemporary standards. Who you know is valued much more than what you can do. Ability to market oneself is the most important skill to thrive.
