      Good compensation. Interesting technology. Great safety culture.

      Cons

      No personal growth. No coordinated strategy and you are given demanding accountabilities left, right, and center from the alpha dogs. Tolerable if you don't have a family or your own ambitions/interests/specialties.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
