Pros
Great people, inspiring environment and difficult problems to solve in order to progress projects. The ability work with international teams was a wonderful opportunity to learn about a global business environment.
Cons
A limited ability to grapple with challenges to the project development plans. An unrealistic view of project success as they did not consider non-technical risk in their evaluation which led to project-wide frustration. Lack of clear decision executive is a problem with Shell.
