      Good benefits, believe in work/life balance, opportunities to move around the company and work abroad

      Bureaucratic, IT doesn't really have the business's trust, lots of re-orging, job opps are very dependent upon networking and often politics

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
