Pros
the company respects and treats every individual from top level to the bottom most with dignity, entertains inputs from lowest level too, good working environment, nice company, one would never easily quit this.
Cons
personally i have not found much of set backs, but to quote a few, the salaries are not so competitive at entry level but are very good for seniors though.. few chances to visit the outside world when on board.
