      Pros

      Good work life balance and decent pay.

      Cons

      This is a EU company, biased to EU employees. All senior management are from EU or with EU degree, no career path or growth opportunity for US employee at all. It is funny that to claim diversify and inclusive, Shell promote many women faster even though they are not capable.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
