      You are getting what you deserve. Your performance is compensated according to the numbers you produce. If you want to be laid-back, then thats what you will get. On the other hand, if you are competitive and wants to always be on top of your game, then you will get bigger bonus.

      Cons

      Because Shell is much of a pro-employee, a lot are taking advantage of it.
