      Pros

      If are from a “hub location” you possibly have a chance at a career here. Opportunity to meet people from many places.

      Cons

      Too many to mention, WAS once a great place to work however has very much lost its way. Draconian application of global policy dictates everything now, common sense no longer prevails. Application of “hub location “ concept feels a bit like discrimination, which is interesting for a company that claims to have a D&I culture.
