Great benefits, many opportunities for growth and show your potential. Challenging and rewarding work. For the most part, management actually care about employees having a good work-life balance, but that depends on the specific area/group/manager. Diversity focused company - they make sure everybody's concerns are heard, which may lead to delays in making decisions.
Cons
The oil crisis has made an impact on the company. Multiple lay-offs which has caused uncertainty about job security among employees. Job opportunities are scarce at the moment. Pressure to deliver more work with less people and less money has created a lot of stress.
