      Good pay, flexibility to work from home, excellent leadership and skills training, opportunities for growth and development, safety conscious company

      Near-constant reorganization and change, with poor vetting of leaders; painful office politics run amok at times; Excessive jargon and acronyms to the point you feel like you are working with machines, not humans.
