Pros
For the most part I enjoyed my time at Scotiabank. They treated their employees pretty fairly and the benefits (although not as good as they used to be) are still fairly competitive.
Cons
Scotia is slow to adopt new technologies and methodologies. They are stuck using old programming languages because of the necessary support for the legacy systems.
