Strong brand, great colleagues and some truly talented people, but sadly, we've lost many valuable team members over the past few years.

Since the change in senior leadership few years ago, things have been going downhill. There's a lot of favoritism and politics, and a drastic change is needed. Many employees don’t feel safe speaking up, which created to a culture of silence.

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers
