Pros

Gaining experience working for one of the worlds leading card payments companies with a team of dedicated recruiters has been a great experience. In 2017, the team performed really well and had a fantastic management team and culture in place.

Cons

Echoing a below review, recent team changes to management have led to a total loss of team morale and complete change in working environment. They fail to take responsibility for their work, preferring to pass everything over to recruiters who are already incredibly busy. With the other rarely in the office more than 3 days a week which makes an effective relationship with both the team and the client hard to attain. Discussions about our progression, performance and career development have been replaced by an obsession with spreadsheets, reports and SLA’s and consequently recruiters are regularly having to work 10+ hour days plus weekends.

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers

Pros

-Great if you are building your skillset in the recruitment space -Very large clients to work with if you want that experience

Cons

-Did not have bonus for 1 year and almost did not for the year after only reason as to why we did it was due to layoffs -Lots of management changes throughout my time there, and it is all moving to helicopter managers who do not know how to give constructive feedback - Had the largest workload ever, very similar to agency space but not agency pay - Commission is paid quarterly instead of monthly if you are in a recruiting space -Recruiters will make more overall than the Recruitment Partners
