There’s always a “pivot” or the need to live in ambiguity. Often times, decisions are made and then changed, and changed again. Unfortunately, this is the life of a start-up company that is VC backed and an industry facing severe headwinds.
There’s no professional development.
Also, the company has had two layoffs within a year’s span.
