Riipen’s mission is to eliminate graduate underemployment by reducing the skills-gap for those about to enter the workforce. We have built a marketplace platform where organizations of all sizes can connect with educators to collaborate with university and college students on short-term projects and competitions.
Riipen is all about providing experiences to students so that they graduate ready to work.
Immersing students in industry projects equips them with work-ready skills. Riipen brings industry and academia together, with real company projects. Projects are embedded directly into curriculum, or completed as remote internships.
Our platform allows all parties in the ecosystem to co-create, manage, and assess authentic experiential learning opportunities, at scale. Riipen is the leading technology platform in North America for any institution looking to provide micro-experiential learning. At present our marketplace includes 300+ academic institutions, 10,000 employer partners, and 75,000 students.
