If you're thinking about becoming an Executive Assistant at Red Robin, I would highly recommend not to. The things I've heard about that position are not good and here are some examples. -you will only report to the executive who is under the CEO who is a gossip and will throw you under the bus -don't expect to speak to the CEO (if you are supporting him). All communication will be through someone else, so basically 3rd hand information -expect to check in the CEO on ALL of his flights and make sure you do this within 15 minutes. Even though he has an app which is easily accessible you will be made to drop everything you are doing on nights and weekends to accommodate this -expect to be treated very poorly and servant like -the position states hybrid but you have to ask to be allowed to WFH
