You get 50 percent off your meals when you work there and the people are nice. But it can be very tiring quick there's better opportunitys elsewhere
They didn't offer a benefits package to PT employees--even if you worked FT hours. Hours were "flexible" but don't expect to get weekends or nights off unless you find someone to cover your shift (this was expected sometimes if you're sick, too).
FOOD was great, i eat alot.
No benefits as a server, just 4% of your pay goes into a vacation account that gets paid to you whenever you want it.

Best: Flexible Hours and Dental Worst: Employee discounts were some of the least generous I've seen in the industry. Most other restaurants I've worked at gave kitchen staff a free meal during shift. RR only gave a discount. Modest discount for staff outside of shift hours as well, although not as far out of line as the standards I've seen. Mostly it just makes you feel a little undervalued.
They saved aside 4% from each paycheck to go towards vacation pay but now I've resigned and they won't pay me that money.
any full time employee qualifies after 1 year. Managers after 6 months
