Red Robin Interview Questions

Received a call. Got invited to meet the General manager. Came in for an interview and was hireed on the spot, from there I completed all my onboarding paperwork at the location

It was an easy interview, the staff was friendly. Typical questions asked during interview. I was nervous because this was years ago and I was shy but it went well.

Fun and nice to get to know work place. Easy going and simple to the point interview. Would totally recommend as a food service job for sure. Great job guys.

I was very nervous, but they invited me back for another interview where I was much more confident. They were super nice and I am happy they gave me a second chance.

The manager was very personable. I had a good experience, especially since it was my first interview in the restaurant industry. I walked in and saw a little of how the staff operated before the interview process.

it was pretty Quick and easy, questions like tell me about yourself and past work history. They will give you a call back if hired at least in my experience

Every time I went for the interview that they scheduled me for they would either say they don’t need a hostess anymore or the hiring manager wasn’t there. The hiring manager was supposed to call me back but never did.

Very quick interview, whole thing lasted 20 minutes. The manager asked me why I wanted to work there, explained how the restaurant was run, talked about pay and availability and that was it.

Asks simple questions about customer service and how to maintain customer satisfaction. What does good customer service look like to you? Describe how you’ve dealt with difficult customers. What experience do you have with customer service?

Interview was easy and laid back, but position was awful. Management treated people unfairly and played favorites. They chose to promote people they liked and demote those they didn't. It was not a great place to work and they treat you like a number... not a person.
