Cons

Not enough staff to help. Management wanted to save staff hours but required me to work until 3/4 in the morning to wash dishes when a second set of hands could have finished the process in half the time

Met the best people, life long friends!

Cons

The company growth health is not the best, seem to be closing a lot of locations.

Pros

- good money for entry server. But my advice would be to go somewhere less corprate after the first 6 months. there's lots of mom and pop shops that'll garentee you more hours and then you don't have to beg customers for surveys and gift card purchases. - quick promotion to server if you act like you want to be there

Cons

- terrable money for bussers, expo and togo - Work atmoshpere isn't great, corparate could do a better job sourcing managers but I'm sure it's limited given its a dying brand.
