This was the worst job I've had and a lot of pressure, since the company itself is not doing very well. They're constantly looking to cut costs and people are looking to remove bottom performers by putting them on PIPs or just laying them off altogether. When I was working here, people were laid off due to "poor performance" every few weeks, when in reality it was the training that was insufficient and managers that were inexperienced. Do to the pressure, people are constantly throwing people from other teams under the bus to make sure they're not the ones that are cut. If you have morals and don't throw people from other teams under the bus, you become the next target on the chopping block.
Unless you have no choice, I would recommend looking for another role. The low compensation for the years of stress was not worth it.
