Pros
On a reward for effort scale, Quantcast is the best company I have worked for. It recognises star performers and nurtures and develops that talent. Speaking from a non-US office, I think we have gotten better at collaborating and communicating globally and that is aligning us well for the next growth phase in the business with product and positioning maturity.
Cons
Some natural attrition over the last few years has led us to have quite a few short-tenured people, but that in itself has led to a positive re-invigoration of culture and energy as fresh faces and brains come onboard.
