- Awful ELT leadership: they do not care about you or the work that you do, and no recognition - No strong vision for the company - Nothing is aligned from top down - Hiring the wrong management (i.e. Head or Director of ___), which causes a trickle down effect - They try to attract you with high pay and RSUs that will never IPO, due to the lack of transparency and goals for the company and employees. Do not fall for this - Everything is very surface level, no transparency or specifics or details - Large amount of turnovers - NO career development opportunities and no strong performance review process - Lots of talk, but no plan of action Summary: I recommend NOT working for this company and explore new opportunities
