Pros
Culture, nice perks and good benefits. Handled the covid situation really well providing quarterly mental health days, home office set up and regular communication. Have gotten a lot better at regularly providing company goal tracking.
Cons
Annual leave could be better especially for more tenured employees, next to no training on upskilling. Some functions and people just disappear with no communication. Too many meetings. Career opportunities are limited.
