Pros
They did offer bonuses frequently in the beginning. There was a 30 day or completion of training bonus and a 90 day bonus. There was also a shift differential pay. There was opportunity for pay raises the longer you stayed.
Cons
It was a HIGH, and sometimes difficult, call volume for the base pay.
