Pros

There is an investment in the employees to learn and develop and plenty of encouragement for growth

Cons

Every couple of years there are big layoffs as the company tries to remain fluid. Many of the layoffs are with people who have been employed for years.

Pros

Some good people, ability to work from home.

Cons

Dwindling sales, panic, confusion and constant rounds of layoffs, usually of tenured employees. Bonus program is set up with impossible goals. Once good benefits have eroded to average at best. Everything is based on EBIDA, so every time sales drop employees are laid off to offset costs, leaving more work for the survivors. Senior leadership has lost touch with the front lines.
