Pros

The medical and health benefits are very good. Not the best but better than average. It's nice to have discounts but not good enough to keep putting up with the long hours and stressful work conditions

Cons

They expect you to devote your life to working. There is little regard for personal time and they blatantly under staff to save money and force others to work longer hours. Senior Management spends all time devoted to ensuring that the hourly employees are never tempted to join a union but treat the mid level managers like mushrooms.

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
