It's a values-based company with amazing co-workers who are all in it for the success of the Q. Collaborative, dynamic, crazy, and fun.
Cons
The company was on the brink of greatness with a global reorganization and new brand work. However, at the sign of tough times, the leadership team fell back into old norms and lost the courage and patience to stick to both plans.
