Pros
Mature organization that says they put their people first. This appears to be true given all the effort and energy invested in their employees. New on-boarding process is quite long but very thorough.
Cons
The on-boarding process could probably use some more touch points following the first few weeks. In my office we're mostly remote workers so it's difficult to make connections beyond your assigned advisers at first.
