Pros

The work itself is fulfilling, and I enjoy the team I collaborate with. I’ve consistently received positive feedback, with 4/5 and 5/5 performance reviews. Flexibility in work hours has been appreciated, especially as I’ve been able to return part-time after maternity leave and gradually ramp back up to full-time.

Cons

Despite meeting all deliverables on time or ahead of schedule, and consistently performing at a high level, I’ve not been considered for promotion. I’ve led a team and regularly provided updates alongside higher-level colleagues, but the lack of career advancement has been discouraging. It’s disheartening to watch coworkers without children or caregiving responsibilities receive promotions more quickly. The disparity in growth opportunities between those with family commitments and those without is glaring.

Pros

Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Cons

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
