Horrible Experience - Consultant Protiviti Employee Review

Worked matched for consultants are not based on consultant experience. Feedback given does not consider the consultant's level/experience yet negative feedback greatly impacts the consultant. Their advisor program/setup is extremely lackluster. While they pride themselves on their people and company culture, the reality is it's merely a façade. The project culture is results driven only at the expense of the employer. "Get the job done at any cost and work as long as you need to" mentality.
