Pros
Protiviti is a great place to get experience at a variety of large clients. Many of the clients are large and well-known, but you still get the smaller-company feel from Protiviti. Protiviti is a great place to see a variety of systems and processes, and see what works at some companies and what doesn't at others. In general, it's a great place to start a career, with so much experience in so little time.
Cons
Too much SOX work, and hard to pursue opportunities in other areas. Too much commuting.
