      Great customers because you hunt, kill and eat to stay aluve

      If you don't drink the kool-aid they will find a way to push you out. too much focus on college hires causes the inability to deliver high quality meaningful services

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
