Pros

Great colleagues! Protiviti is small enough that you know your colleagues from many other offices (both in the US and Globally) but large enough to have recognition in the marketplace after just 12 years in business. From my knowledge, I believe our professionals are provided meaningful rewards and recognition, including but not limited to compensation (base and incentive comp/bonus), benefits (health, life, etc), and public recognition for contributions to the organization. I also like how the entire organization (including upper management) gives back to the local and global community through our iCare events and activities.

Cons

I really can't think of any con's to share.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
