      Pros

      Nice compensation and benefits compared to other companies at the time I worked there. Some nice opportunities to learn as well.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the place has a very old boys' club feel to senior management. Forthrightness and integrity were not qualities which they strove to attain.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
