      - Coworkers are great - Flexible work hours

      Cons

      - Management pushes you to work overtime. You're expected to go home and work more. - Lack of project variety in the SLC office. If you don't enjoy audit, this company/location is not for you. - Actual work feels like the "busy work" your 5th grade teacher used to give when she didn't want to teach you anything.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
