      The people are intelligent and the atmosphere is conducive to work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of work sometimes. Quality of a project depends on the quality of the seniors on the project, and some are terrible.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
