      My job is flexible and I have a great, supportive team. Stress in minimal and I am given many opportunies to learn more about our business (however, with no monetary benefits). More work, no more pay....

      The only con I have is very low pay.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
