      Pros

      Old AA firm that is trying to establish itself as a business consulting firm. Work is not typically challenging, if you like the audit work.

      Cons

      Too many senior executive auditors that could be unable to lead the change to the NEW consulting methodology. Hard to break the 'audit' barrier.

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      Cons

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
